Garment Manufacturing Technology (GMT)
GMT is the upward versions of textile engineering program, which is suitable for Bangladesh as we are far better position in garments in compare than textile sector. The whole program is the combination of courses on Textile Engineering, Garment Industrial & Production Engineering, Garment Manufacture Technology, Pattern and Business administration. The program consists of 48-52 courses and weight per course is given 1to 4 credits for each course. 120 credits is minimum requirement of this program.
This G-CFTM program is highly job oriented program. As this is professional program, student can develop their career as a Quality Assurance Manager, Sample Room Manager, Supply Chain Manager, Work Study Officer, Merchandiser, Production Manager, Factory Manager, Compliance Manager, etc. We know that more than 150 multinational brand company operates Bangladesh buying office in where graduates gets the opportunity to develop the career in international company which is facilitated salary in terms dollar or equivalent amount. Like H&M, Walmart, Kmart, Soliver, Gap, Tesco, Li&Fung, C&A, Mondeal, Levies, Next, George etc.
Admission Eligibility: [ As per National University Requirements ]
1. Passed in HSC from any group/ Alim/ Dip-in-Commerce/ Business administration.
2. Minimum three(3) subjects in ‘O' Level and one subjects in ‘A' level completed students can apply for this degree program.

Course Curriculum of the Degree Program :
The total syllabus is fixed up by the CFTM. Academic activities of degree program are directed by the rules & regulation of this degree program, which is approved by the board of CFTM. Now the degree program consists of 48-52 courses and total weight is given 120 credits.
Fees:
Admission Fees : Tk.10000 [ One time for whole degree program]
Semester Fees : Tk. 5000 [ 8 times for whole degree program]
Tuition Fees : Tk. 3000 per credit [ 120 credits for whole degree program
Scholarship Scheme:
This scheme is applicable only for tuition fees. Other fees will remain the same for all. This financial waive is based on result of SSC & HSC.

N.B. : Girls, National Player and Freedom Fighter's ward will get 10% scholarship on tuition fees if an applicant is not eligible for above mentioned result of the scheme.
Admission Time: Yearly two intakes – Month of January and - Month of July
Application Procedure :
Application forms are available for Tk. 500 at CFTM, Tropical Rafa Tower, House-02, Road-12, Sector-06, House Building Bus Stand, Uttara , Dhaka-1230.
A complete application includes: i) Application form; ii) Three copy passport size photographs; iii) Clean photocopies of SSC & HSC Mark-sheets.
