Quality Control Management

Participant will learn on total quality control system from fabric to finishing activities in a garment factory. This course will be helpful to identify the different defects & remedies on fabric , dyeing, printing embroidery, trims & accessories of garment factory. This short course will also cover different sewing, pattern , washing defects & remedies in a garment factory.

Participant will also be acquainted with different quality control system like 10 point system, 4 point system, 6 point system, Traffic light system and 5S system.

Duration : 3 credits i.e. total 36 Hours class session excluding exam.

Evaluation Method: Class attendance:10%;Mid Term Exam: 30% & Final Exam : 60%

Grading Policy: As CFTM grading policy

Special Note : B.Sc. (Hon’s) programs consist of 48 courses with different credit weight. Each course will be treated as short course and this is great opportunity for a participant, who can pursue any one of the courses in different dimension of the syllabus of graduate programs.

Fees : For one course: admission fees : Tk. 5000 and more than one course – admission fees : Tk. 10000. Tuition fees based credit weights, per credit Tk. 3000 only.
